Answers about Arrow Amble’s gameplay, saved progress, hints and reminders.
Arrow Amble help.
How do I play Arrow Amble?
Tap an arrow whose path out of the board is clear. If another arrow blocks it, it moves toward the obstruction, returns, flashes red and costs a heart. Clear blocking paths first. Use Hint when you need a nudge, and Fit view to bring the board into view.
Can I play without internet?
Yes. Campaign puzzles and local saves work offline. Ads and consent messages require internet. Enabled usage or crash reporting may queue information locally and send it when a connection returns.
Why can’t I watch an ad for hearts or hints?
You need an internet connection and an eligible, loaded ad. Ads can be unavailable even with Wi-Fi or mobile data. Try again later; restarting the puzzle is always free. The game grants the offered reward only when the ad’s reward is earned. A failed ad or closing before earning the reward gives no extra hearts or hints.
Can I recover progress after reinstalling?
Your progress is stored on your device. Android backup or device transfer may restore an existing compatible save, depending on your settings, but recovery is not guaranteed. Kapoor Labs does not operate a cloud-save account, so we cannot promise to restore progress without a usable backup.
How can I reset my journey?
Open Settings and choose Start a fresh journal. This resets campaign progress, stars, postcards, hints and the current board. It cannot be undone within the game. Clearing Android app storage also removes local app settings and data. Device-managed backups and information already sent to service providers are separate.
How do I change reminders or reporting?
Journey reminders, Usage statistics and Crash reports have controls in Settings. Android’s notification settings also control reminder permissions. Manage ad privacy choices appears when applicable. Each setting controls its own feature; see the privacy policy for details.
How do I report a bug?
Email us with your app version, phone model, Android version, level number and what happened. If possible, explain the steps that lead to the issue. A screenshot can help. Remove personal information from attachments and never send passwords, sign-in codes or payment details.
Can a parent contact the developer?
Yes. A parent or guardian can email about a child’s experience or a privacy question. Please contact us on the child’s behalf and include only the details needed to explain the issue.
For questions about information handled by the game or website, read the Arrow Amble privacy policy or contact the same inbox. Support is handled personally by Anshu Kapoor.
